Job DescriptionPCG is seeking an Operations Finance Controller to be based out of Boise, ID. This is a dynamic role in the finance organization, with ownership and responsibility over a broad scope of functions, including: accounting, forecasting, business planning, financial analysis, and providing guidance to support the strategic growth and development of the region. This role is responsible for overseeing every financial aspect of assigned business units. An ideal candidate will be able to efficiently manage daily financial operations for 1-2 large businesses while simultaneously advancing major corporate/regional initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the financial planning and analysis function, including developing and maintaining financial models, scenarios, and projections.Regularly provide financial insights and recommendations to management and business units, based on sound rationale and analysis.Support the evaluation and execution of various strategic initiatives, such as business expansion, or operational improvement.Oversee the financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance functions of the company, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to accounting standards and regulations.Own the monthly close process for assigned businesses, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements and reconciliations.Representative of the management team of assigned businesses in financial matters, providing clear and concise communication and reporting.Exhibit a high level of professionalism and presentation skills, delivering impactful and persuasive financial narratives to various audiences.Must be able to operate in space – accomplishing assignments with incomplete information, applying sound judgment and critical thinking to resolve issues and challenges.Ensure business unit adherence to established policies and procedures, as well as internal and external audit requirements.Own the business and strategic planning process for assigned businesses, aligning the financial goals and objectives with the company's vision and mission.

Basic Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.7+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting or consultingExcellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skillsCapacity to synthesize complex data and communicate it effectively to stakeholdersHighly motivated and proactive with an entrepreneurial spiritStrong leadership skillsGreat communication skills, both written and oralProven ability to collaborate effectively with othersWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft ExcelPreferred Requirements:
Experience in the construction industry; with a solid understanding of construction accounting and project managementEarned MBA or CPA 3+ years in management with direct reportsLocal to the Boise, ID metro areaExperience managing a P&L of $100MM+ annual revenueThis role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
