Operations Floater

Position Summary

The Operations Floater provides flexible, cross-functional support to various teams, including listings, acquisitions, utilities, contracts, compliance, repairs, and dispositions, stepping in to assist with ad-hoc and operational tasks as needed. This role plays a pivotal role in maintaining seamless operations, ensuring that the different teams have the support needed to meet their goals and deadlines. 

Essential Functions 

Rotate and provide operational support to the various teams, ensuring all necessary tasks are completed.Partner with the Closing team to ensure the smooth and timely close for the Buyer and SellerPartner with the Contracts team to ensure all documents and contracts are completed timely from the acquisition of the home to close of contract.Support the Utilities team in scheduling and tracking all residential utilities.Support project tasks and ensure timely completion of deliverables.Adapt quickly to different team dynamics and project requirements.Provide support in addressing and resolving escalated issues with venders and/or internal stakeholders.Maintain clear communication with all teams to streamline processes and enhance workflow efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications 

High School Diploma or GEDStrong organization skills, accurate, and detail-orientedStrong work ethic, ability to learn quickly and adapt to changeExcellent communication (oral and written) skills to take initiative and work independently to establish and manage work priorities, activities and timelines to achieve resultsExhibits sound judgment and swift decision-making skillsAbility to think creatively and come up with solutionsPC skills including working knowledge of the Microsoft environment.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
