As an Operations Ford Credit Champ, you will be responsible of supporting various teams within Originations, Collections, or Customer Service.
What you´ll need:
Active student from any of the last 4 semesters of Business Administration, Finance, or a related economic-administrative field.90% English skills (Oral, reading, writing, and listening)Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.Empathetic, proactive, and analytical approach to problem-solvingWhat you´ll do:
Originations: Analyze credit applications for retail, corporate, and fleet clients. This includes reviewing financial statements, assessing risk, and contributing to credit decisions.
Collections: Manage delinquent accounts across early, mid, and judicial stages. This may involve contacting customers, negotiating payment plans, and working with legal counsel.
Customer Service: Identify opportunities for service improvement based on Net Promoter Score (NPS) data and customer feedback. This includes analyzing trends, suggesting solutions, and potentially participating in process improvement initiatives.
