Operations Implementation Specialist - Consumer Lines (12 months contract)

Role Purpose

The Operations Implementation Specialist - Consumer Lines is responsible for the efficient implementation of projects across all consumer lines of business. In this role, he/she will oversee cross-functional projects and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and ensure high customer satisfaction.

As a Business and Analyst, the Operations Implementation Specialist will be also responsible for identifying and recommending viable solutions to implement and improve processes. He/she will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and that project objectives are met. Additionally, he/she will ensure that all team members are performing their assigned tasks effectively.

The Operations Implementation Specialist - Consumer Lines will be expected to utilize their analytical skills to evaluate data and make informed decisions. He/she must have strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams. Additionally, he/she should be experienced in project management software and tools.

In summary, this role will play a critical role in ensuring that the organization's consumer product lines operate efficiently and deliver high customer satisfaction.

 

Key Responsibilities

Implement process improvements to optimize the efficiency and overall effectiveness of operations for all consumer lines products.Develop and manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure successful project completion.Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to ensure smooth execution of projects and other initiatives that need to be implemented.Analyse business trends and customer feedback to recommend changes to current practices.Resolve technical and operational issues to ensure compliance with established procedures and standards.Identify areas for improvement in customer experience and work with related teams to make necessary improvements.Perform product testing and evaluate results and provide recommendations for improvements.Drive the implementations in according to Chubb best practice.Manage relationships with internal and external vendors and suppliers in relation to the implementations.

Requirements:

At least five years of experience in operations management, project management, or related field.Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or related field.Project Manager and / or Lean Six Sigma certification.Excellent level in English and Spanish.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency in project management software and tools.Strong leadership skills and experience managing cross-functional teams.Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and use data to make informed decisions.Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.Familiarity with consumer lines operations and best practices.A dedication to continuous improvement and a customer-first mindset.Strong analytical skills and experience working with data.Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
