RESPONSIBILITIES  \n\nAssist with work measurement studies, analyze throughout, and conduct cycle times to improve operational efficiencies  \n\nAssist with implementing operational processes for new systems, equipment, procedures  \n\nCommunicate and collaborate with coworkers, management, franchisees, operators and others in a courteous and professional manner  \n\nQUALIFICATIONS  \nRequired Minimum:  Pursuing a 4-year degree (preferably in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or other related programs of study)  \n  \nREQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS OR ABILITIES:  \n\nExcellent oral and written communication skills  \n\nAbility to multi-task effectively while maintaining attention to detail  \n\nStrong team orientation and interpersonal skills  \n\nCreative problem-solving ability  \n\nWell-organized and a self-starter
