Operations Intermediate Analyst - Hybrid

The Ops Sup Intermed Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for providing operations support services, including but not limited to; record/documentation maintenance, storage & retrieval of records, account maintenance, imaging and the opening of accounts in coordination with the Operations - Core Team. Additionally, the Ops Sup Intermed Analyst serves as the liaison between operations staff, regional management teams, and operations manager. The overall objective of this role is to provide day-to-day operations support in alignment with Citi operations support infrastructure and processes.
Responsibilities:
+ Independently assesses workflow and redirect work as necessary to ensure operating schedules are met
+ Communications – Liaise with event suppliers and vendors, communicates policy updates to Executive Services (EXS) Support team, assists event hosts with information in support of event operations policy and procedures
+ Work with the Operations, event planning, and roadshow teams to recommend appropriate actions to resolve identified problems
+ Coordinate with Manila service center and EMEA regional team on standardized processes and work flow
+ Apply project management to assist operational projects as assigned
+ Resolve varied and complex issues using professional judgment, discretion, and business expertise
+ Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and re‐porting control issues with transparency.
+ Payments & Reconciliations
+ Execute and track all forms of payments: wire transfer, check, e-invoice, etc.
+ Provide back up support and training for Roadshow team members in Getzville
+ Back up support to NAM & EMEA P-Card issuance
+ Oversee monthly reconciliation of P-Card transactions for event cards and roadshows
Administration
+ Back up support for Getzville site Manager
+ Participate in ad hoc and special projects on an 'as needed' basis
Controls
+ Maintain and review department audit files, including testing against process control documents
+ Oversee and review close out process processed by EXS Operations Support Team
+ Provide support to EXS Operations Support team related to reconciliation, risk and controls, expense policy and event procedures
+ Provide support to EXS operations support team related policies and procedures (expense and payment processes, etc.)
+ Provide supplier management ensuring compliance with company policies
+ Assist EXS Operations Support team with identifying and understanding corporate changes to policies and procedures and their impact on the team
+ Support management and changes to audit documentation in partnership with department senior leaders
+ Review and work with management on the monthly MCA reviews
Qualifications:
+ 2-5 years of relevant experience
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office
+ Strong organizational skills, able to manage time effectively, working to deadlines within a pressurized environment
+ High level knowledge of related to industry standards and practices
+ Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
+ Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
+ Self-motivated and detail oriented
+ Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
+ Self-motivation, enthusiasm, commitment and positive attitude
+ Shows initiative and proactive approach and able to make decisions
+ Multi-tasking essential. Able to prioritize and work on several projects simultaneously
+ Commitment to understanding risk and controls, compliance and business reporting requirements
Education:
+ Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

$55,440.00 - $77,360.00
