What We Offer $17.77 per hour Weekly paycheck Rotating Swing Shift (Days and Nights) Voluntary overtime Health benefits, including telehealth medical services $300 referral bonus, with qualified referral 3 paid 20-minute breaks, 1 paid 45-minute lunch break Paid vacation, earned over time Smoke-free work environment Safety program 401k Opportunity for advancement What We’re Looking For No high school diploma or GED required Technical knowledge to operate machinery Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work 12-hour rotating shift Ability to lift, twist, bend, and stand for the duration of the shift Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, twist, bend, and stand for extended periods What You’ll Do as an Operations Lead Foster a safe work culture through active mentoring and employee engagement Ensure adherence to MAU Personnel Conduct Rules and Kimberly-Clark policies Perform regular safety audits and ensure compliance with safety procedures Communicate work assignments, priorities, and shift turnovers effectively Identify training needs and escalate them to supervisors or superintendents Address workforce improvement areas and report concerns to supervisors Notify supervisors/superintendents of any employee absences Conduct quality reviews of employee performance Observe and report safety concerns, violations, and housekeeping issues Promptly report any issues related to safety, damage, or workplace conditions to supervisors Perform additional tasks as assigned
