Summary:

Vighter LLC is seeking an Operations Liaison in San Antonio, TX. The Operations Liaison facilitates the mediation between CBP and CBP Medical Services Program PMO to proactively solve conflicts and address issues with an expeditious and efficient approach. The CBP Liaison will act as the middle person to streamline operations, resolve issues promptly, improve communications, and generally ensure that the relationship is as beneficial as possible.

Principle Accountabilities:

Maintains thorough knowledge of the business, as well as an understanding of how that impacts the other entity of contact (CBP). Monitor, coordinate, and communicate the strategic objectives of the business. Collaborate and communicate successfully with other entities outside of the business. Work collaboratively to develop a greater understanding of the business and any issues that arise. Develop and foster relationships with the CBP community and others as advised. Collect, analyze, and utilize data and feedback to identify opportunities to improve the relationship between the business and CBP. Compile reports about specific incidents, events, or updates about important issues for the business. Proactively solve conflicts and address issues that could potentially occur between the business and CBP. Promptly respond to incidents and other events as necessary/directed. Act as a positive representation of the business and be available as needed. Maintains confidentiality of highly sensitive information. Uses independent judgement and initiative. Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Knowledge and Skills:

Must have exceptional customer service skills. Employees shall be technically proficient in the skills necessary to fulfill the job requirements, including ability to speak, understand, read and write English fluently.

Education:

Associate’s degree required, bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.

Qualifications:

Must have a minimum of 2 or more years of experience in a related role Customer-oriented attitude. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to establish and nurture beneficial business relationships. Self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative and solve complex problems promptly and with urgency. Ability to ensure urgency when situation requires immediate action. Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with a strong attention to detail. Strong time-management skills and ability to organize and coordinate concurrent projects. Analytically and mathematically minded analyzing data and create necessary reports. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point), Apple/Apple iOS programs, Adobe Acrobat and social media web platforms.

Duty Hours / On-call Requirements:

Generally speaking, the corporate office is open 8 a.m.-5 p.m.; however, during times of rapid mobilization, hours may be extended to include nights and weekends. Generally speaking, locations supporting the CBP-ICE mission set are open and active 24/7/365, to include days, nights, weekends and all holidays. Work Environment:

Location: Vighter Corporate HQs, San Antonio, TX Supportive team of healthcare professionals and administrative staff. Opportunity to work with diverse populations, including immigration and asylum personnel and underserved communities.

Travel:

As required to satisfy the contractual obligations. Generally, travel is limited to commute from residence to the worksite. Commute is non-compensatory. All official travel is government-funded.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to sit for more than 8 hours per day. Must be willing to work overtime if necessary. Must be able to use an elevator or walk up and down stairs. Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and carry up to 10 feet. Must be able to routinely grasp or handle objects, use finger dexterity, bend elbows/knees and reach above and below shoulders. Must be able to read and interpret handwritten and typewritten print. Must be able to communicate by voice and detect sound by ear. Must be able to perform duties in an indoor or outdoor environment Must be able to pass a criminal background investigation Must undergo Urine Drug Screening (UDS). Positions require applicants to be US Citizens, 21 years or older.  Must complete criminal background check, and Child Abuse and Neglect (CAN) background check.
