This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in operations management, working closely with our team to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and support daily activities.
This position is expected to start May 2025 and continue through the entire Summer 2025 term (through August 2025). Our internships are a minimum of 10 weeks, part-time and on-site.
In This Role\nAnalyze and enhance current operational processes, learn LEAN Six Sigma, and support the implementation of efficiency strategies \nCollect, organize, and analyze operational data to generate insights and support decision-making \nCreate reports and presentations to communicate findings to the executive team \nAssist in managing and executing operational projects, including tracking progress, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring project milestones are met \nMaintain and update SOPs, process maps, and operational reports \nProvide administrative support to the operations team, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and handling correspondence \nWork closely with other departments such as logistics, finance, and customer service to ensure smooth operations and effective communication \nOther duties as assigned by Management\nUphold our Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands team: \nBe open and honest \nReach for excellence \nAct with responsibility \nValue the whole person \nEnjoy the journey\n\n\n
The Ideal Person\nCurrently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) \nFamiliarity with data analysis tools and project management software is a plus \nExcellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner \nAbility to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues across different departments\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively\n
