Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring an Operations Manager to join our team at Nova Guides at Camp Hale in Red Cliff, Colorado. As Operations Manager, you will oversee our diverse offerings: from outdoor adventure tours to event hosting and lodging. PayMinimum \u2013 Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $68,300 - $92,200 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. More about youBachelor's degree in operations management, business administration, hospitality management, or a related field is preferred but not required Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably with experience in outdoor adventure, event management, or hospitality industries Proven track record in managing multi-faceted operations including team leadership, logistics, and financial oversight. Proficiency in budget management, scheduling, and regulatory compliance A passion for the outdoors with familiarity of the safety standards, equipment maintenance, and emergency response practices essential in high-risk adventure settings is preferred CPR and First Aid CertificationsWillingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays Must possess a valid driver's license

Delaware North operates Nova Guides and Camp Hale Weddings located in the Vail, Colorado area. The property features a main lodge with a restaurant and retail shop. Nova Guides provides ATV/UTV guided tours and rentals, winter snowmobile and snow coach guided tours and rentals, and private fly fishing and archery instruction. Delaware North Team Members receive 50% off on meals on workdays, and 20% off retail shop items. Twice yearly, enjoy Free Family Day, offering free access to Jeeps, Snowmobiles, and Side-by-Sides.
