Overview

We are seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to join our Retail Operations team. This role involves developing, owning, and executing strategic projects that improve the quality and drive growth for Angi Services delivered through retail partners.

The Angi Retail team is at the forefront of delivering high-quality home services such as TV mounting, furniture assembly, and appliance installation for products purchased through our retail partners. Our mission is to ensure that every service provided meets the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction (“Jobs Done Well”). The Retail Operations & Strategy team plays a crucial role in this mission by supporting and driving service quality improvements and growth initiatives. We work collaboratively across various functions to improve service efficiency, develop innovative solutions, and expand our service offerings. Our team thrives on tackling complex challenges and is dedicated to making home services a seamless and reliable experience for our customers.

What you’ll do

Develop, own, and execute strategic projects to improve the quality of service for Angi Services delivered through retail partners. Drive improvements in various operational areas, enhancing customer satisfaction and service efficiency. Execute and develop new initiatives for complex services that require multiple providers to complete a booking. Launch new services profitably and ensure high customer satisfaction. Execute pilot tests for new services, providing guidance on duration and pricing. Expand new services nationally, maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction. Become an expert in Pro Fulfillment Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within Retail, ensuring timely and efficient execution. Build upon existing Pro Fulfillment SOPs to improve the matching of pros to jobs. Serve as the operations point of contact for ad-hoc requests by Retail Account Managers, providing timely responses and resolving complex partner issues.

Who you are

2+ years of professional experience in management consulting, investment banking, or similar fast-growing technology company Demonstrated track record of success Exceptional quantitative skills and aptitude. Deep knowledge of Excel and, ideally, SQL. Significant experience framing up analyses independently  Demonstrated experience gathering data from various sources and driving strategic insight Demonstrated experience executing projects involving various stakeholders An eye for the detail, excellent QA habits Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficient in PowerPoint Interest in Angi, home services, marketplaces and product-driven organizations

Compensation & Benefits

The salary band for this position ranges from $85,000-$135,000, commensurate with experience and performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as cost of living.
