Workplace Experience Manager
The Workplace Experience manager ensures the workplace coordination team relentlessly delivers excellent customer in day-to-day operations. This role manages the
workplace coordinators in their efforts to engage with and support the tenant population.
Key Responsibilities:
Heavy focus on hospitality-based operationsDeveloping solutions to customer requestsAdopt and promote the established way of working, while demonstrating and supporting thecollaborative and flexible work environment.Work with tenant groups to create a flexible work environment, including answerquestions related to facilities, technology, and behavior related questionsSupport operations with workforce greeting, wayfinding, visitor escorts, and directions asneededEnsures timely reply to all service delivery needs, tickets, and issues that ariseCollaborate and support tenant groups on new ideas and initiativesFocus on relationship building and support of tenant groupsSupport events team as neededSupport Facility general management as needed

Qualifications & RequirementsBasic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 3 years
Basic Functional Experience - 3 years work experience in facilities (e.g., maintenance, plant operations, engineering services, grounds, custodial/environmental, or transportation) or food (e.g., food services or operations, concessions, retail sales, store operations, or vending) services
