**Sodexo Energy & Resource** is seeking a qualified **Operations Manager 1—Multi Services to join our team in El Segundo, CA.** This role provides management of two or more core services, such as work order tickets and project management. Implement strategies to meet Client and Company objectives, ensure high customer satisfaction, and deliver quality services.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Review and manage work order tickets for multiple services in the CMMS system (Maximo)
+ Developing solutions to customer requests
+ Establishes a safe work environment, by providing safety-related training and ensuring compliance with Sodexo and client guidelines.
+ Work with tenant groups to create a flexible work environment, including answering questions related to facilities, technology, and behavior related questions.
+ Vendor management responsibilities
+ Ensures timely reply to all service delivery needs, tickets, and issues that arise
+ Collaborate and support tenant groups on new ideas and initiatives
+ Focus on relationship building and support of tenant groups
+ Support events team as needed
+ Support Facility general management as needed

**Qualifications & Requirements**
Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 3 years
Basic Functional Experience - 3 yearswork experience in facilities (e.g., maintenance, plant operations, engineering services, grounds, custodial/environmental, or transportation) or food (e.g., food services or operations, concessions, retail sales, store operations, or vending) services
