What We’re Looking For

15+ years of restaurant, hotel or golf course management experience with at least 1 recent year as an Assistant General Manager or General Manager with a restaurant, hotel, or golf environmentMulti-unit management experience is desired but not requiredHigh school diploma or equivalentExcellent communication, time management and organization skillsAbility to work on a teamEnergy and enthusiasmA high level of self-awareness, receptivity to change and integrityAbility to work in extreme weather conditions for extended periods of timeAvailability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidaysAbility to stand and walk for long periods of time including maneuvering up and down stairsAbility to obtain required licenses and certifications for your location
