Job description

Infosys BPM is seeking to hire a full time Operations Manager, experience in Financial Services and Capital Markets in area of Reconciliation to carry out the onsite production activities

ResponsibilitiesReviews, approves, and may prepare, information/entries and supporting documentation to ensure accounting records and investment vehicle data are accurateResearches and analyzes issues; identifies the root cause of issues to determine potential controls or process improvementsAnalyzes various reports and determines appropriate action to resolve exceptions between internal and external systemsInstructs internal and external sources to post or correct transactionsPerforms accurate self-review of work and peer review of some offshore periodic/production work, as neededPerforms quality checks and verifies the accuracy of work prepared by self and other Infosys associatesManages the Infosys workflow to ensure tasks are completed in a timely mannerServes as a liaison between offshore Infosys and onshore functional team to ensure that questions and issues are addressed using the appropriate level of confidentiality when necessaryEnsure Accountability and act with a clear sense of ownershipPossess good communication skills to effectively work with multiple partiesExperience in Aladdin & Advent is helpfulBasic:Bachelor’s Degree or Foreign Equivalent Minimum 7 years of experience relevant to the job description
