The Operations Manager at Arvato manages daily production and distribution activities for the entire facility. The Operations Manager must display a thorough understanding of the customer requisition process, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, reliability, and cost objectives. Additionally, they will be responsible for overseeing the front-end staff involved in this process, necessitating strong leadership and organizational skills to ensure seamless operations. Your Tasks * Monitor and adjust processes to meet production schedules, due dates, priorities, shipping requirements, and handle peak volumes. Recommend improvements to production methods, equipment performance, and product quality, while ensuring compliance with production, quality, reliability, and safety standards. * Provide support and training on company policies to employees. Monitor time and attendance records of direct reports.
