Operations Manager

TRIGO Global Quality Solutions is seeking to fill an Operations Manager position in Greer, SC.\n

Overall Purpose\n

Ensure the quality service and support of all mission actives at a location they are assigned\n

Ensure that all Company\/Customer mission guidelines are being adhered to and meet quality standards\n

Organizing & coordinating teams at site level to fulfill jobs\/missions, managing the site teams and ensuring good social climate on the site\/sites \n

Support and contribute to the company Quality Policies & QMS\n

Responsibilities\n

Client relationship & Business development\n\nEstablishing and maintaining relationships with customers and site personnel\nDaily communications with various stakeholders at the site level\nEnsure clear and transparent communication to clients\n\n

Operations\n\nSet up and supervise missions \nStaffing of missions\nCoordinate changes in missions\nConduct ongoing audits of effectiveness of work being performed\nPerform visual, mechanical, and functional verifications to insure compliance to quality standards and specifications\nComplete audits to ensure work instructions and policies are followed \nAssist Site Supervisors with the training of Train new employees\nTrain\/Mentor Site Supervisors\nCoordinate Site Leaders daily schedules\/activities to ensure successful daily operations\nDemonstrates commitment to reduce the risk of workplace accidents\nEstimating job\/mission costs as accurately as possible \nMaking sure that all required information for contracts, traceability and instructions are well documented, on time, with up-to-date information\nMaking sure operational management tools, and monitoring tools are up-to-date, with accurate information \nEnsuring compliance with established KPI's \nEnsuring continuous improvement to optimize services provided and site efficiency\nMust comply with local and company Health & Safety legislation, laws, and policies\n\n

Organization & management\n\nEnsures all site personnel receive corporate communications \nPartner with Human Resources for performance and attendance issue resolution\nAct as a liaison between Site Manager and site leaders\nCreate and maintain a 5S working environment\nDevelop and retaining teams\n\n

Technical \n\nUpdate daily system entries in company and Customer portals\nCreate and maintain customer and company reports\nAnalyzing technical requirements for customers jobs\/missions (existing or upcoming)\nTroubleshoot and problem solve with the supplier and customer for issues pertaining to process flow, new criteria, spikes\/spills\nCreate electronic work instructions and have the ability to navigate company and customer websites and portals\nIdentify technical resources when needed to anticipate and fully address client needs\n\n
