To support their continued growth, we are actively seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently, helping us achieve our mission and objectives. Responsibilities: + Oversee day-to-day business operations and provide direction to the operations team. + Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies and procedures. + Monitor and manage operational costs to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity. + Evaluate operational performance and interpret data and metrics. + Aid HR department in recruiting when necessary and assist in employee training and development. + Foster positive relations with all company stakeholders. + Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners. + Address operational issues and concerns in a timely fashion. + Collaboratively work with other executives and team members to achieve company goals. Requirements + Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred. + Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management or similar role. + Proficiency in various project management and operational software. + Exceptional leadership and organizational skills. + Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. + Ability to analyze and interpret financial data. + Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. + Experience in budget development and oversight.
