Job Description

The Operations Manager should be a seasoned creative marketing professional who has experience leading cross-functional teams in an agency environment which supports the Client both remote as well as onsite. The Ops Manager will be a conduit between the Client and internet team helping to drive strategic solutions where needed.

A proactive individual with excellent collaboration, communication, change management and project management skills is a must. This role will manage a Studio Manager.

Develop a trusted relationship with the client, enabling issues and opportunities to be addressed with a spirit of partnershipUnderstand client work demands and ensure on-site and near-site and  teams meet outlined service commitments and expectationsEstablish SLA reporting with operations team and Client, work with Operations team to deliver as agreed upon with the client. Review and interpret data to proactively identify and resolve issuesWork with General Manager on coordination and delivery of Quarterly Business ReviewsSupport account leadership team to coordinate the development of a process improvement plan to enhance operational and financial performanceProvide 'thought leadership' by coordinating and researching benchmarking studies / whitepapers, delivering presentations on strategic topics related to the services provided and consult with client on best practices provided by RRDManager Studio Manager and support their day-to-day OperationsAssist with recruiting, interviewing and onboarding new employees when neededAssist with new tool or process implementation by managing change, documentation and training of user teamPerform team administrative duties as neededSupport Studio Manager with any IT needs and act as internal administrator for technology solutionsProactively address, handle, and rectify all client and team concerns; Perform root cause analysis when neededRecognize gaps in team process and take appropriate action to correctEnsure compliance with company policies and proceduresPerforms other duties as assigned or requested

Additional Information

The national pay range for this role is $88,200 to $156,800 annually. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location of the hired employee. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
