Job Summary
Saia is currently recruiting an Operations Manager to join our team.  As an Operations Manager, you will inspire your team to go above and beyond while directing and coordinating the activities of terminal employees to provide cost effective, timely and quality service to our customers.

Job Responsibilities

Investigate customer complaints and resolve problems. Interview, select, train, and assign new personnel. Enforce compliance of all company policies and procedures, safety rules and governmental regulations. Review and analyze expenditure, financial and operations reports to determine requirements for increasing profits and improving processes.

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years of LTL terminal operations supervisory experienceBachelor's degreeKnowledge of AS400Knowledge of Microsoft Office
