Hiring an Operational Manager and General Manager in the Batavia Area

2nd shift: (Hours Varies) 

Payrate: 100,000-200,000 Salary

Basic Requirements? 

Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent?  Eight years of business experience – preferably in a logistics or industrial environment?  Experience leading teams of 100+ hourly employees and 4+ exempt managers?  Ability to create mechanisms to capture cost, quality and productivity performance and ensure a safe working environment.?  Experienced with data analytics and metrics reporting.?  Able to work on nights and weekends.?  Ability to travel up to 20-25% of the time.?  3+ years experience managing and developing hourly employees and leads  3+ years experience pulling data and refining data to translate into insights and actions  Ability to create mechanisms to capture quality and productivity performance and ensure a safe working environment  Able to work on nights and weekends 

 

Experience in building and maintaining customer feedback mechanism(s)? 

 

Preferred Skills 

Experienced in inbound and/or outbound logistics  Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent  Experience working in a sortation center or manufacturing environment  Well-versed in multi-shift planning  Trained in operational safety best practices
