Coach and develop leaders and create plans for employee skills and competencies. Collaborate with Planning, Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse to optimize efficiencies and product output. Lead cultural changes and pursue manufacturing excellence. Promote safety among all associates. Monitor downtime hours and work with Quality and Maintenance to minimize and strategically use downtime. Manage staffing to ensure full capacity operation and meet labor budgets. Oversee quality goals and maintenance of utilities, injection machines, and blow molding area. Ensure compliance with Safety, Quality, and HR policies, including GMPs and Food Safety. Use continuous improvement methodologies and root cause analysis to enhance production processes. Participate in projects like workforce planning, budgeting, new product launches, and equipment upgrades. Engage in audit activities and ensure compliance with internal and external standards, including Food Safety System Certification (FSSC) **Qualifications** **Required Skills** Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (BBA); Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain or Operations management preferred Minimum five years experience in manufacturing or operations management within large-scale factories. Minimum of two years of experience in a leadership role with direct reports. Proficient in MS Office, ERP, and MES systems Effective communication skills with the ability to encourage action Excellent relationship-building skills to achieve results internally and externally Strong knowledge and experience with process improvement techniques: SQDCI, OTD, TPS and Kaizen Comprehensive expertise in production processes, preventive maintenance, and budget management Demonstrated expertise in developing successful leaders. Skilled in managing and delegating multiple projects under tight deadlines. Strong problem-solving abilities with experience in coaching and mentoring others.
