Operations Manager

Operational Leadership

Lead and support 3 Area Coaches to ensure high visibility in restaurants, proactive problem-solving, and strict adherence to operational procedures. Conduct regular restaurant visits to assess performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure operational excellence. Implement and monitor compliance with brand standards, safety protocols, and quality assurance processes.

Guest Experience

Drive a guest-first culture by ensuring exceptional customer service across all locations. Address and resolve escalated guest concerns and operational challenges. Utilize feedback mechanisms to continuously improve the guest experience.

Financial Performance

Monitor and analyze key financial metrics, including sales, labor, food costs, and profitability. Partner with Area Coaches to develop and execute strategies to achieve financial targets. Identify trends and recommend action plans to enhance financial outcomes.

Talent Development

Collaborate with the HR team to recruit, train, and retain high-performing management talent. Develop a robust management bench to ensure succession planning and operational continuity. Provide coaching and development opportunities for Area Coaches to enhance their leadership skills.

Sales & Marketing Collaboration

Work with the Marketing team to identify and execute strategies to drive sales and build brand loyalty. Analyze market trends, guest demographics, and competitor performance to recommend innovative sales tactics.

Culture and Visibility

Foster a culture of engagement, accountability, and recognition within restaurants. Promote strong visibility of Area Coaches within restaurants to drive team engagement and operational excellence. Act as a visible and approachable leader for restaurant teams, providing guidance and support.

Experience:

Proven experience in multi-unit restaurant management, preferably within the QSR or casual dining industry. Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing and managing high-performing teams. Financial acumen, with the ability to analyze performance metrics and implement improvement strategies. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Collaborative mindset with experience working across departments to achieve shared goals

Salary Range: $­­123,000 to $135,000 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
