The Operations Manager will be responsible for leading all aspects of the efficient functioning of multiple departments. This role requires a strategic problem solver with strong leadership skills, capable of optimizing processes, handling resources, and ensuring smooth operations. Key responsibilities include team management, operations optimization, inventory management, quality assurance, health and safety compliance, performance monitoring, and reporting.

FOR THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience. 5+ years of confirmed experience in operations management roles, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles. Strong leadership skills with the ability to empower teams, inspire change, and develop continuous improvement. Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills, with a strategic approach. Confirmed understanding of manufacturing processes, inventory management, and quality assurance principles. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with experience using ERP systems and other relevant software. Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations, with a commitment to promoting a safe working environment. Effective communication skills, ability to collaborate across departments and influence partners at all levels of the organization.
