Join our global team to grow your expertise and develop innovative solutions that enable a prosperous and more sustainable society.** **Your main tasks and responsibilities:** + Manage, direct, and provide leadership to all operational aspects of assigned Service Center (capital expense, quality, cost of goods sold, and delivery) + Supervise Cost Estimation, Project Coordination, Mfg. Eng., Production Control, all direct labor staff, Hydraulic Testing, Master Scheduling, and administrative staff. + Work closely with the established sales network to secure volume levels laid out in budget and Mid-Range Plan. + Participate in special studies and analyses as needed. + Work directly with other Sulzer Service Centers to coordinate continued integration of Global Manufacturing Network in support of cost reduction programs and targets. + Work directly with established sales network and Alliance management structure in order to secure strategic alliances that benefit and support Sulzer’s Mid-Range Plan objectives + Regular and reliable attendance. + Supports, cooperates with, and participates in company-wide safety program which includes following all safety policies and procedures. + Supports and cooperates in company-wide Total Quality Management (TQM) effort. + Performs other miscellaneous assignments and research projects as assigned. + Responsible for overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of Service Center **To succeed in this role, you will need:** + Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Science or related field or equivalent education and experience. + Business experience involving operations, planning, finance, and marketing + Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills + 5-7 years’ experience with pumps or similar equipment preferred + Ability to develop and foster a team environment **What we offer you:** + 15 days of paid time off and 12 company-paid holidays + 401k plan with a 6% match + Comprehensive health plan including medical, dental, vision, Life, short-term & long-term disability + Health savings account matching + Motivating wellness program + Employee Assistance Program + Paid paternal leave + Gym re-imbursement + Service Awards + Referral Bonuses **No visa or work permit support can be provided for this role** Our team is looking forward hearing from you! **Sulzer is an equal opportunity employer.
