Position Title: Operations Manager Job summary: The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the Branch operations and providing the office with the proper tools and resources they need to be successful. It is the responsibility of the Office Manager to understand the different needs in each office and work with other Branch Managers for business development processes to run effectively and efficiently. The Office Manager measures the success of the office by providing the resources and strategies to stay competitive in the industry, develop our brand and maximize productivity and uniformity. Responsibilities include: + Oversee the entire operations of the branch + Direct and participate in interviewing, hiring, developing, coaching, training, mentoring, managing and evaluating the performance of the office staff + Establish goals for the branch, in accordance with the Company’s goals, and ensure these goals are met + Be accountable for achieving the desired competency of services for the branch by challenging staff to recruit and participate in hiring events and job fairs + Research industry competition and ensure growth through excellent customer service and market development + Participate in local marketing efforts in geographic areas and increase awareness of services through participation in community activities and functions + Train, develop, and empower staff to increase productivity and consistency + Work with Office Managers across various locations to ensure consistency and adherence to compliance policies + Maintain structured workflows for standardization and adhere with the company’s guidelines + Oversee processes relating to orientation and in-service classes for the office + Participate in management meetings and department meetings Job Requirements: + College degree in Business, Health Care or related field + Proven work experience as a Manager + Experience and proficiency with Applicant Tracking Software (ATS) and HR databases + Excellent understanding of recruitment processes. + Team management and leadership + Strong written and verbal communication skills + Andrea's Angels provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, religion, color, ethnic origin, gender, gender identity, age, marital status, veteran status, sexual orientation, disability, or any other basis prohibited by applicable federal, state, or local law.
