**Job Title: Operations Manager** **Job Description** We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up molds for injection molding machines, coordinating and scheduling tasks to ensure timely project completion, and developing, deploying, and maintaining SOPs throughout the factory floor. Effective communication with the purchasing department for material or component shortages and collaboration with the process engineering team to schedule trials are also essential.
