Operations Manager
Job Title: Operations Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up molds for injection molding machines, coordinating and scheduling tasks to ensure timely project completion, and developing, deploying, and maintaining SOPs throughout the factory floor. Effective communication with the purchasing department for material or component shortages and collaboration with the process engineering team to schedule trials are also essential. Additionally, enforcing company policies with employees is a key part of this role.

Work Environment

You will be working in a shop with 26 team members. The environment is collaborative and focused on continuous improvement, utilizing the latest technologies in injection molding. Standard working hours apply, and the dress code is casual.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Portland, Connecticut.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $85000.00
