Responsibilities + Lead and manage daily cafe operations, ensuring world-class service and guest delight. + Coordinate and support a team of dedicated employees, encouraging a positive and inclusive work environment. + Strictly adhere to union account regulations and maintain compliance with all relevant policies and guidelines. + Implement and uphold rigorous food safety and hygiene protocols. + Develop and implement operational strategies to meet and exceed performance targets. + Monitor and manage inventory, placing orders as needed to ensure consistent supply. + Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively. + Collaborate with museum management and other collaborators to improve visitor experiences. Requirements + Proven experience in a high-volume food/hospitality management role, preferably within a cultural or museum setting. + Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to encourage and motivate a diverse team. + Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to ensure smooth and efficient operations. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of establishing meaningful connections with staff and guests. + Ability to compete and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. + Knowledge of union regulations and experience managing unionized employees is a plus. + Dedication to providing outstanding guest experiences and upholding a high standard of service.
