Position Details

As the Operations Manager working directly under the Operations Director, you will serve our south eastern Pennsylvanian (SEPA) mental health outpatient program (MHOP) is a vital way ensuring the smooth and sustainable operations of vital clinical services under the guidance of our Operations Director. You’ll have the opportunity to supervise a talented team, drive the implementation of effective business practices, and contribute to the continued success of our programs.

 

What we’re looking for:

Proven leadership abilities and strong supervisory skills. Expertise in administrative policies and organizational management. Experience in creating and implementing complex processes in a clinical setting. A background in clinical work, with a focus on mental health populations. A passion for supporting and empowering individuals in need of mental health services.
