Do you have what it takes to monitor the overall performance of a department, ensuring all vessels are handled professionally and diligently?

Can you negotiate and appoint vendors/sub-agents on principals’ behalf, managing their performance to ensure cost-effectiveness and delivery of services?

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to maintain professional relationships with principals, sub-agents, local authorities, and other related entities pertaining to all vessel operational requirements.

In addition, you'll be leading a small, yet growing team of Boarding Agents and Administration.
