The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficient production processes, and maintaining high-quality standards. This role involves managing production schedules, coordinating with various departments, and implementing process improvements to increase productivity and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
+ Develop and implement strategies to achieve short and long-term business goals.
+ Manage day-to-day operations, making key decisions to ensure smooth functioning.
+ Manage the production schedule, ensuring that all orders are completed on time and within budget.
+ Evaluate and improve operational and financial performance, preparing regular reports for upper management.
+ Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure timely delivery of orders.
+ Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure products meet company standards.
+ Supervise and develop a team of production staff, providing guidance and support to ensure productivity and efficiency.
+ Ensure that all departments deliver quality products and services to clients.
+ Identify areas for improvement in operational processes and implement changes to increase efficiency.
+ Work closely with sales, purchasing, and logistics departments to ensure smooth operations.
+ Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
+ Provide solutions to issues such as profit decline, employee conflicts, and loss of business to competitors.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
+ At least 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry.
+ Strong leadership and communication skills
+ Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
+ Proficiency in inventory management software
+ Solid understanding of production processes
+ Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and motivate and develop a team.
Work Environment
In office - will manage a team of 5. Some flexibility with schedule. Company cell phone provided for business use. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
The starting salary will be a range of $120-140k with a profit-sharing structure. 4% 401k match after 30 days of employment, and a $300 health insurance benefit after the end of the first calendar month of employment, and use of a company cell phone for business use.

This is a fully onsite position in West Sacramento,CA.
