Operations Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to direct and coordinate all activities of our Distribution Center.

ResponsibilitiesReview sales orders and production schedules.Plan shipping operations, establishing priorities and sequences for deliveries.Prepare operational schedules and coordinate shipping and packaging activities to meet specifications.Develop or revise standard operational and working practices, ensuring compliance.Develop and implement KPIs for the Distribution Center.Essential SkillsDistribution center managementLeadership developmentAdditional Skills & QualificationsBachelor's Degree4-5 years of previous Distribution Center management experience.

Work Environment

1st Shift (Flexible on Hours) - typically work Monday - Friday.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Indianapolis, Indiana.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $95000.00/yr.

PTO: 160 hrs
