3. Job Description

イプソスでは、定性調査チームにおけるオペレーション業務全般を担う、オペレーションマネージャーを募集しています。海外のチームと連携し、調査対象者のリクルート、定性調査のプロジェクトマネジメントを担当していただきます。ネイティブレベルの日本語力と、海外チームとコミュニケーションが可能なビジネスレベルの英語力を生かし、調査プロジェクトをオペレーション面から支えていくことに意欲をお持ちの方、ご応募お待ちしています。

This role requires near native-level Japanese language proficiency (in writing and speaking) with business level English skills.

3.1 Mission

 

Responsible for the execution and administration of all activities specific to online Communities , as well as all data resulting from studies conducted within those communities

3.2 Main activities

Work with project teams to create the initial design of online communities and to implement and execute the selected direction;Responsible for the execution and management of member recruitment for online communities, based on a predetermined strategy, coordinating internal or external resources;Work with the project team to determine the award strategy for community members;Makes regular updates of the database corresponding to each assigned community;Creates the initial recruitment surveys, as well as the quantitative surveys in the specific platforms;Responsible for updating the quality activities, as well as the specific content of each community;Responsible for the management of the structure of the assigned communities;Reports and monitors indicators and costs, to ensure that project objectives and budget are maintained and met;They are responsible for the management and execution of the communication with the members and of the distribution lists. Reports and analyzes data from quantitative research (surveys);They are responsible for the management of the platform specific to the assigned communities.

3.3 General Responsibilities

Comply with Job Description, Internal Regulation, Collective Labour Contract (CCM) and confidentiality agreement applicable in IIS Comply with the job -specific, departmental or organisational-wide procedures and instructionsComply with the general and job-specific health and safety, fire prevention rules  (PSI), as detailed in the annex to the Job Description.Adhere to and apply the IIS Qualiy and Information Security Policy and the documented requirements of the integrated management system (procedures, instructions, manuals, guides, policies, etc.).Participates in all trainings and professional programs provided by the employer, so that professional training and continuous development are provided.

3.4 Key Performance Indicators

The objectives and performance indicators to be achieved are established in accordance with the business objectives. These can be modified throughout the year, according to the evolution of the business and in accordance with the performance management system of Ipsos Interactive Services SRL (iTalent).The evaluation is performed by the direct manager of this position, based on the objectives agreed at the beginning of the year and the related indicators, according to the IIS Romania performance management procedure.

4. Knowledge / Skills / Experience

4.1 Education:

College (Bachelor's Degree or higher)

4.2 Professional Experience:

1-3 years experience

4.3 Knowledge and technical skills, qualifications, certifications:

Native-level Japanese skills, as the position need to communicate effectively using logical and well-organized written and verbal expression in a polite way.Business Level EnglishSufficient in MS office software, including advanced Excel skills for handling large datasets.

4.4 Behaviors and soft skills: 

Communication skill via online, with fast typing skills and professional email etiquette.Logical thinking skills, capable of handling customer day-to-day inquiries from online community members

Ability to work in an international environment
