Key Responsibilities:
Provides input and drafts SBAR's for capital planning, new provider FTE's, pro formas and care delivery model changes. Accountable to ensure innovations and changes are implemented in assigned areasEnsures KPI's for assigned business units are achieved and/or actively engages others to create action plans to achieve KPI'sLeads PDSA's and other improvement activitiesProvides coaching and feedback to direct reports. Mentors others to grow and advance management/leadership skillsLeads budgeting, forecasting, and Medical Staff development planning to achieve organization growth objectivesAccepts special projects as assigned by the Market or Division and participates in system wide or market wide committees as assignedPlans and executes complex agendas and leads team meetings to drive performanceActively participates in provider and staff recruitment activities and works closely with HR and Physician Services partnersEducational Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration or clinical / healthcare related fieldRequired Qualifications:
8 years of healthcare experience, preferably in a clinical setting, including 3 years of leadership experienceComprehensive understanding of revenue cycle workflows to ensure revenue accuracy of assigned areasSkilled at Dyad leadership collaborationPreferred Qualifications:
