Summary: Seeking an Operations Manager with expertise in coil coating to oversee manufacturing efficiencies, product quality, and safety compliance.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in the coil industry

Minimum 3+ years sales experience in metal coatings, coil, or coatings industry

Knowledge of coil coating process including metal substrates, cleaning, preparation, and application

Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Preferred Skills:

Experience in steel, aluminum or heavy industrial production environment

CMMS experience

Responsibilities:

Ensure high-quality finished products and quick response cycle times

Develop and maintain a safe work environment compliant with state and federal laws

Maintain plant manufacturing programs and continuous improvement efforts

Provide technical support for the coil coating industry

Create standard operating procedures for running coil coating paint lines

Identify and resolve process and product problems for smooth production

Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
