A National leader in the custom home building industry, is looking for a General Operations Manager in Bowling Green, KY.

An ideal candidate must possess a strong work ethic, incredible customer service & community activity, and knowledge of custom residential construction.

The selected candidate will be familiar with the Bowling Green, KY area & know the local vendors/subs/etc to truly lead the company's operations. This company is looking for the right person with “high energy” and strong leadership that will constantly be driving the Production & Sales processes.

Sales Background & knowledge with New Home Sales Proven Production Experience on Custom New Home Construction Management Experience with P&L / Financials & Staff Leadership Community involvement and excellent customer service & communication Lead by example management style
