**Description** **MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES Include:** + Communicate company and departmental initiatives and goals to facilitate associate growth and development through regular team meetings, consistent individual associate meetings, coaching, training, and company-offered learning opportunities. + Coordinate various programs essential to operational procedures (training, safety, housekeeping, cost reduction, quality, associate involvement, security, etc.) to supervisors and associates. Audit to ensure standards are being met. + Establish goals and provide direction to lead the team toward the achievement of company goals.
