Nordstrom’s East Coast Fulfillment Center (ECFC) in Elizabethtown, PA is seeking Operations Managers to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead in one of the largest, most dynamic fulfillment centers in the industry.

Nordstrom’s ECFC spans 1.3 million square feet and stocks over 400,000 unique items, providing a seamless shopping experience for our customers. We operate across four different shifts and are committed to delivering exceptional service to our shoppers.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and support hourly team members in a high-volume, fast-paced fulfillment center environment.Implement strategies and ideas to improve operational efficiency and throughput.Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on streamlining processes and enhancing productivity.Champion a culture of teamwork, motivation, and respect, recognizing that your team members are the backbone of our success.Collaborate with leadership to ensure operational goals are met while maintaining high standards for quality and customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a fulfillment or distribution center.Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development, coaching, and mentoring.A results-driven mindset with a passion for improving efficiency and driving performance.Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving environment while maintaining attention to detail.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
