Job Title/Position: Operations Manager
Reports to: Location Director

Position Overview: The Operations Manager is responsible for the internal operations of the office, assisting and guiding team members. The Operations Manager will assist with trainings, audits and monitor payroll.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Adhere to Aveanna Core Values
Build, develop, and retain strong relationships with our clients, Regional Center, and other stakeholders.
Assist in investigation of client’s/support staff problems and promptly seek solutions.
Resolve payroll issues or concerns with client, support staff, and Regional Center.
Maintain constant communication with managers, internal staff, and Regional Center to ensure proper operations of the company.
Assist internal team with general and problematic billing inquiries.
Performs daily, weekly, monthly audits to ensure office operations are up to date.
Assist with developing and performing trainings for internal staff.
Assist in the hiring of new team members.
Assist with evaluating performance and productivity.
Sets expectations and provides feedback on a routine basis.
Always maintains and respects clients/care provider’s confidentiality following HIPPA guidelines.
Consistently demonstrates a self-directed, disciplined, approach in completing work assignments.
Leads, motivates, supports, and coaches internal staff.
Demonstrates positive interactions, personable approach to convey their priority, instill confidence and loyalty.
Assist and address all correspondence.
Performs other duties as assigned or needed.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Care about the developmentally disabled population
Some college or bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred
Minimum of one year of customer service/management experience within the last four years
Excellent interpersonal skills: self-driven, motivated and results oriented.
Strong analytical and judgment skills
Ability to successfully handle multiple tasks simultaneously: strong organizational skills and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to speak, write, read and understand English
Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling of 25 pounds
Prolonged walking, standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, twisting
Must be able to sit and climb stairs
Must have visual and hearing acuity
Must have strong sense of smell and touch
Environment:
Performs duties in an office environment during agency operating hours
Must be able to function in a wide variety of environments which may involve exposure to allergens and other various conditions
