THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE: The Operations Manager, EPICenter is responsible for leading and supporting a team of intelligence analysts that work on designated shift assignments in our security operations center (called “EPICenter”). This role oversees the perpetual management of situational awareness intelligence monitoring tools, inbound contacts triage/support, and mass notification deployment on behalf of enterprise stakeholders. This role collaborates with several business partners in order to provide leadership advisory support that promotes the safety & protection of Ulta Beauty associates, guests, and assets during critical incidents. The Operations Manager, EPICenter reports into the Senior Manager, LP Enterprise Intelligence and is based at our corporate office (Bolingbrook, IL). YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH THESE GOALS BY: Provides leadership, support, and oversight for a team (6-7 intelligence analysts) Drives positive team performance quality, service-level agreements (SLAs), and other EPICenter operation key performance indicators (KPI) Provides in-the-moment guidance, direction, and feedback for direct report team Analyzes team performance quality analytics; coaches & develops team on performance improvement opportunities and individual accountability metrics Collaborates with business partners in, Associate Relations, Business Continuity, Field Loss Prevention, Legal, Operations, & Risk Management during major critical incidents; supports by providing situational intelligence, incident updates, and recommendations Responds to internal stakeholder contact escalations with customer-centric support solutions Collaborate with the Sr. Manager, LP Enterprise Intelligence and Director, LP Intelligence on EPICenter continuous improvement strategies Supports the Sr. Manager, LP Enterprise Intelligence with other tasks, projects, and assignments THE ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS: College degree or equivalent experience is preferred Must have strong planning, organization, collaboration, and decision-making skills Must have the ability to compile/analyze data across multiple data systems Must have the ability to communicate information in a concise/concise manner Must be able to multi-task and prioritize time-sensitive deadlines Strong business ethics/discretion is required Knowledge of call center operations is preferred Proficient level of PC software skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Experience with traditional LP tools (CCTV, case management, alarms, etc.) is preferred Familiarity with customer service software platforms is preferred #LI-JB2 #LI-Hybrid The pay range for this position is $86,500.00 - $94,682.00 / Year with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company’s bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs. Full-time positions are eligible for paid time off, health, dental, vision, life and disability benefits. Part-time positions are eligible for dental, vision, life, and disability benefits.
