QuestMark is hiring an industry-experienced Operations Manager to supervise, coordinate and ensure the timely installation and completion of flooring projects. This position will also be responsible for managing employee relations, safety of all branch employees, job supervision and customer satisfaction.

Large Base Salary + Annual Bonus + Signing Bonus

The annual, total compensation for this territory is: $100k - $200k

Job Summary:

Develop and implement a strategic plan for growth and profitabilityEnsure complete and thorough inspections of the job site before & after the projectForecast financial outlook for office weekly, monthly and yearlyAddress any and all problems that may arise during the course of the installationCommunicate with management and employees on all aspects in a timely mannerRecruit and retain qualified employeesGoal setting and reviews for branch employeesUnderstand and implement companies policies and proceduresReview daily safety paperwork (i.e. New Hire Orientation, DOT, Safe work plans)

Job Requirements:

5+ years of previous Flooring/ Construction Operations Management experience requiredMust have good working knowledge of flooring procedures and safetyExcellent communication skillsAnalytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem solving and organizational/time management skillsValid State driver's license (in good standing) is required18 years of age or olderAuthorized to work in the United StatesMust pass a pre-employment drug test
