OPERATIONS MANAGER INTEGRATED CARE MANAGEMENT
+ JOB DESCRIPTION DETAILS + Job Summary : + Management and oversight of clinical documentation integrity, denials, and appeals teams. Identify and implement performance improvement projects to improve processes and clinical documentation required to meet quality and financial goals + Education : + Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Coding or Nursing. + Registration/Certification/Licensure : + Certified Clinical Documentation Specialist and/or Certified Documentation Improvement Practitioner preferred. + Experience : + + 5 to 10 years of Clincial Documentation Intergrity experience required. + 5 or more years of progressive supervisory or management experience preferred. + Other Requirements : + Maintains unit-specific and hospital competencies, mandatory learning, and any clinical certifications required in accordance with the Staff Education and Training policy GA-057 and/or any other department requirements. + Demonstrated proficiency of computer skills necessary to effectively complete position requirements. + Demonstrated professionalism in effectively communicating with customers and in promoting a positive service atmosphere. + Ability to work independently in a multi-task environment producing quality work. + Ability to form collaborative relationships and promote teamwork with co-workers and other departments. + Ability to organize and perform work responsibilities effectively and efficiently. + Ability to design and implement performance improvement projects. + Ability to work remotely with minimal oversight. + Maintains strict patient confidentiality, adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
