Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of multiple physician practices working directly with the office managers and physicians to ensure excellent patient care and smooth and efficient business functions. Continuously monitors and oversees processes at practices, including financial performance, human resource management, patient and employee safety, quality, materials management, and information systems management. 

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.  5 or more years in a management/supervisory position in a medical office setting or multiple site locations preferred.  Experienced in supervision of managers as well as practice staff preferred. Strong HR skills in interviewing, coaching, corrective action, mentoring and development of subordinates and proven ability to lead and motivate a team and successfully hold them accountable a plus. Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills and strong background in physician relations required.
