Must have a valid Driver's License Job Description The Operations Manager oversees all aspects of the restoration process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. This role requires managing field staff, subcontractors, and resources, while driving efficiency and profitability. The Operations Manager will work closely with the Ownership and Back office to maintain operational excellence and uphold company values in every restoration project, including water, fire, mold, and storm damage restoration.
