Healogics is the largest provider of advanced wound care services in the United States, treating more than 300,000 chronic wound patients annually across over 600 sites. With an aging society, obesity and diabetes on the rise, and an uptick in surgical procedures, the number of patients with non-healing wounds that would benefit from expert care is dramatically increasing. As a result, the company is working to provide our differentiated, quality outcomes to as many patients as would benefit through our out-patient clinic partnerships

The Operations Manager of Select Wound Solutions (SWS) supports and works collaboratively with the Director of Select Wound Solutions (SWS), Director of Operations (DO), Clinical Consultant/Specialist, and Client Solutions Executives in managing services and operations, cross-enterprise initiatives, assignments and projects as assigned by the CDO and Director of SWS. This position is responsible for the oversight of active accounts, day-to-day managerial activities, customer relationship management, handling incoming calls and emails, adding and modifying associate access, assigning/monitoring the progress of training/competency as requested, assisting in scheduling/coordination of site visits, and supporting customers in attaining all other contracted services.

The manager is also responsible for maintaining collaborative and consultative client relationships within and outside the hospital organization and for creating effective working relationships between Healogics and the hospital. Additionally, the manager will travel, and support site visits as directed and perform other duties as required.

All Healogics employees must perform their job responsibilities according to all Healogics policies and hospital policies, as well as to accrediting organizations, federal and state regulations, and to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) guidelines, as applicable.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities: 

Works in collaboration with other departments to gather customer intelligence data to identify potential threats and opportunities, and develops solutions tailored to meet the short and long-term needs of customers.

Responsible for Growing the Business through the effective and efficient support of all clinical, financial, and operational elements of the SWS accounts.

Responsible for ensuring Exceptional Patient Experiences through oversite of the comprehensive day-to-day operational and clinical quality components of the SWS to enable them to provide quality care to every patient that would benefit

Implements, develops and oversees programs that demonstrate our value to our hospital partners through the consistent delivery of high-quality care

Creates an Inspiring Workplace by proactively partnering with the leadership within their area to achieve success through improved profitability, increased quality of care, and operational excellence

Determines accounts that should be prioritized based on the opportunity to retain the account and sustain improvements.

Demonstrates Process Excellence in all activities

Accountable for supporting the financial, operational, and clinical results for assigned Select Wound Solutions

Performs other duties as required.

Required Education, Experience and Credentials:

Bachelor’s degree in business or nursing and/or the equivalent combination of education and experience

RN is preferred but not required.

Minimum five (5) years related experience required

Minimum two (2) years prior experience as a Healogics Program Director/Clinical Program Director in an Operations role

Demonstrated success at the outpatient center level with oversight of quality, operational, and financial outcomes
