This position is responsible for leading the manufacturing and packaging process of high-quality finished goods, cycle times, and the improvement of manufacturing efficiencies. This role is responsible for Overseeing receiving, warehousing, distribution and 3PL operations, implementing operational policies and procedures and overseeing security operations. ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment. improves staff performance by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees and ensuring the safety of staff.
