We are looking to fill Office/Operations Manager position in Our Austin, Texas Location
We are looking for professionals that can thrive in a fast-paced Manufactured Home dealership, and will be responsible for all office management, finance documents, billing/invoicing, scheduling contractors, Loan Processing, paying invoices, communicating updates with customers and much more. Necessary industry specific training will be provided.
Business is Booming! Bi-lingual is a plus!

**Skills: One or more of the following preferred and/or required.**
+ Office Management experience (Required)
+ Loan Processing/Finance experience
+ Invoicing and Bookkeeping experience (Required)
+ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
+ Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
+ Strong attention to detail
+ Ability to prioritize
+ Excellent organization
+ Customer Service Experience (Required)
+ Spanish speaking (Required)
