Operations/Office Manager

Our client, a private grantmaking organization, is seeking an Operations/Office Manager in their midtown office. The hours are 9am-5pm four days in the office and one day remote.

Responsibilities:

Organize office operations, manage supply inventories, and implement maintenance practicesAct as the primary contact for building management and external vendors, researching new vendorsCoordinate in-office and external team eventsManage IT equipment and systems and triage IT support requests from employeesTake charge of bookkeeping, track expenses, and process invoicesFacilitate onboarding and offboarding employeesProvide addition support and complete ad hoc projects as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred5+ years of experienceProficient in Microsoft Office Suit and Google SuiteGreat attention to detail and organization skillsMust be tech savvy

Compensation/Benefits:
