Our Client, a Banking company, is looking for an Operations Officer II for their Mississauga, ON/Hybrid location. Responsibilities:
+ Team is responsible for administration for estates for client Canada wide, vary across all product types.
Requirements:
+ Banking exp in a relevant role or Accounting or Bookkeeping – understanding of products/ services (1 to 2 years )
+ Previous exp with SLA’s.
+ Customer Service experience
+ Strong attention to detail/ accuracy
+ Critical thinking skills/ problem solving
+ Good communication skills – written and verbal
+ Excel experience
+ Macro’s, pivot tables
+ Strong communication skills
+ Ability to meet SLAs
